Our Patient Administration System (PAS) is the most modern, advanced and flexible system on the market, designed specifically to meet the needs of the NHS. It combines an advanced PAS with rich clinical functionalities, providing a single patient record for use by clinicians and administration staff, honed through over 30 years of experience in design and development.
It is used as the core of our EPR system in 30 Acute deployments, ranging from smaller specialist hospitals with a few hundred beds, to large teaching hospitals with 20,000 users. It can be deployed either stand-alone or with other modules from System C or third parties.
It comes complete with live bed state, flexible multi-disciplinary scheduling; patient tracking throughout; and activity/casemix management, integrated RTT and pathway management, operational and statistical reporting and can support the use of patient kiosks.
Features include appointment reminder texting, touch screen and dashboards for 18-week targets and productive wards, casenote tracking and requesting, trust-defined documentation generation, distribution and output (e.g. letters, discharge summaries, etc.), plus extended clinical functionality, including orders and results, EPMA, nursing observations, clinical communications, clinicians’ workspace and clinical documentation and workflow plus an integrated clinical encoder (supporting SNOMED codes).
Connects seamlessly with maternity, ED, theatres, e-Observations, patient flow, orders and results, secure communications, noting, EPMA, clinical documentation and clinical workspace.
The system is designed to collect data as a by-product of normal operational use. Workflows are designed to ensure that key details are not missed.
CareFlow BI is a UK product, designed for the needs of the NHS, fully integrated with CareFlow EPR, it includes the ability to produce reports and data exports to support local and national regulations and directives for statutory purposes. All mandatory and statutory data items required by the NHS for National, Trust, CCG, GP and GDP reporting are captured and provided in a format suitable for extraction.
Fully compliant with English NHS Care Records Services, such as eRS, PDS, CP-IS and NN4B.
Highly configurable and flexible screen display options allow users to personalise their views to support their needs.
Communicates via REST API authentication by means of RFC7519 compliant security tokens (JWTs), facilitating integration with third party and in-house.
