Oxfordshire County Council sees the Big Picture
Oxfordshire County Council recently took the Liquidlogic children’s and early help system live, replacing Framework from Servelec. A full end-user training programme was delivered by the Liquidlogic team to ensure that the Council’s 500+ users of the system felt confident at go-live.
Speaking about the implementation, Danny Howard, ICT Applications & Systems Manager says: “Oxfordshire County Council’s vision is to see the big picture across children’s and adults’ social care by working on the same platform. It is early days, but our go-live with the Liquidlogic Children’s Social Care System (LCS) marks a significant point in achieving this. Working from Liquidlogic’s modern user interface will enable staff to use relevant information to support them in making sound social work decisions, and ultimately provide better outcomes for the children, families, and adults with whom they work.”
David Grigsby, Managing Director, Liquidlogic comments: “Working across one platform will help social work teams at Oxfordshire to use information which is relevant in adults’ and now children’s social care cases. The implementation of Liquidlogic will, in turn, free up social workers at the Council to spend more time with the children, families, and vulnerable adults that they support.”
