Stockport Council Live with Liquidlogic Children's System & Early Help Module.

26th July 2019

Stockport Metropolitan Borough Council has recently taken the Liquidlogic Children’s Social Care System (LCS) and Early Help Module (EHM) live. This replaces the Council’s previous social care case management systems from Servelec Synergy.

Speaking about the Liquidlogic implementation, Rachel Cobley, Business Relationship and Systems Manager at Stockport Council says: “We want to provide the best service and to achieve this, we need an intuitive case management solution. Functionality from Liquidlogic such as Suggest Relationships, ATOM and Family Working will ensure that our social workers will have all relevant information at their fingertips, supporting them to make sound practice decisions. In addition to this, we envisage that social work recording will take less time with a more modern system from Liquidlogic.”

David Grigsby, Managing Director of Liquidlogic comments: “Stockport Council was clear that it wanted to implement a system that helped practitioners to see a wider view of a child and family. Functionality which is unique to the Liquidlogic system such as ATOM and Family Working has been proven to reduce administration time, as well as providing vital pieces of the jigsaw for busy practitioners. In addition to this, Stockport Council joins a cohort of other existing Liquidlogic customers within the North West region, which brings its own unique benefits including joined up working.”
