During the current Pandemic, adapting to new ways of working with Councils has become the norm - this includes online training courses and meetings via video and telephone links. However, events are often a challenge to replicate without the ability to meet face to face.
Speaking about the impact of COVID-19 on Liquidlogic’s event calendar, Melanie Holmes, Director of Marketing & Communications at Liquidlogic says: “As ever, we had a busy events schedule planned for quarters two and three this year. Given that the demand was there for events, like many businesses during the Pandemic, we have adapted our approach and wherever possible we are holding interactive webinars. This week, we began with an online event exclusively for local authorities in Scotland. We have seen a healthy number of delegates and feedback has been very positive.”
“This morning’s session was really good. I’ve a project assistant that just started with me at the end of last year, so she was able to log on and see your system for the first time which was good. She was really impressed and now really looking forward to the upcoming sessions. It was also very well planned out might I say, so thanks to the Liquidlogic team for that.”
“I think the webinar worked very well and especially with that many participants. The session was well presented and very informative.”
“I am new to Liquidlogic and I thought it was a great webinar, very informative and the system is impressive.”
In addition to this, Liquidlogic will hold two additional webinars for Scottish councils which will look at adult social care on May 14th and criminal justice on May 28th. Other webinars will be advertised shortly and will cover a broad range of subjects.
