Following a competitive tender, London Borough of Bromley has announced the intention to award a contract for its adults’ and children’s social care case management system to Liquidlogic. Replacing the current software from OLM systems, the contract will see Liquidlogic supporting around 700 users and will be hosted in the Liquidlogic and System C data centre.
Speaking about the new partnership, Naheed Chaudhry, Assistant Director Strategy, Performance and Corporate Transformation from Bromley says:
“We wanted a system which could support us in our vision to deliver a first-class service to vulnerable adults and children within the area. Implementing both children’s and adults will provide a joined-up view and facilitate information sharing. Liquidlogic is a proven, intuitive solution and functionality outlined both in tender documentation and tender demonstrations along with references from other live Liquidlogic sites illustrated that. We look forward to implementing the system and seeing the benefits which we are confident Liquidlogic will bring to Bromley.”
David Grigsby, Managing Director at Liquidlogic comments:
“Bromley was clear in its desire to implement a modern, future-proof system from a strong supplier with a sound track record. The Council required an easy to use system that could be configured locally, had APIs for integration with health and that supported the self-service agenda. We are very pleased to welcome Bromley into the Liquidlogic customer group and keen to get started with the deployment.”
