Liquidlogic Customers get a Free Makeover to their Systems
Users of the Liquidlogic Children’s Social Care System have recently experienced a new look and feel with the release of Version 8 at no additional cost. Darren Smith, Children’s Services Product Manager at Liquidlogic comments: “since Liquidlogic was formed, people have commented that we have always been one step ahead with our software in both looks and functionality. Despite customer feedback being positive about the software, we wanted to stay ahead of the game by putting some more resource into making enhancements to the look of the system. We’re really pleased with the results and most importantly so are customers.”
In addition to the product refresh, the system also has a number of new features including improved genogram functionality and the ability to create family plans, both of which have been high priorities for Liquidlogic customers. Darren goes on to say: “we’re well aware of the importance of reducing the time that practitioners are desk bound , so the introduction of family plans alongside our existing family assessments is a huge time saver for them. The family working functionality is also flexible enough to allow practitioners to enter different information for siblings if necessary.”
To support customers with the changes for the new release, free training sessions were hosted throughout the country. User feedback has been very positive:
“Good, clear…seems even easier to use.”

In October Liquidlogic Adults’ Social Care customers will experience a similar refreshed look and feel to their system free of charge. Again along with this upgrade will be new functionality such as Zero Based Reviews and enhanced Personal Budgets. As with the Children’s System, a series of roadshows will be held in October to ensure that customers are confident in using the upgraded system.
Following the Children’s and Adults’ upgrades, users of the Liquidlogic eCAF &Early Help System will see a refreshed look and feel in early 2014 at no additional cost.
