Service Desk Support Analysts

What are we looking for?

If you have experience in 2nd/3rd line software application support then chances are we are looking for you!

Due to our continued success, we are experiencing a further period of growth and are looking for a number of Service Desk Analysts to join our established team. You will be lucky enough to get to know our customers and help them with any issues they may encounter, so your interpersonal and communication skills must be good. You will be a whizz at playing detective, investigating incidents, analysing and suggesting solutions, mostly using T-SQL and working with our large group of Developers who will help you get to the bottom of the more complex issues.

To do well in this role, experience of SQL Server and writing SQL/T-SQL queries is an absolute must, you will also need experience of Windows operating systems and knowledge of web based applications.
