We are looking for confident, bright and driven graduates who want a challenge and don’t mind spending time away from home.

Liquidlogic trainers support our customers at local authorities throughout England and Scotland to use our innovative Social Care & Education software systems.

You will join a dynamic team and learn everything you need to know to make you an expert on Liquidlogic systems and how to support our customers through the delivery of training and system consultancy. You will be involved with software implementations,
helping to analyse customer requests for system development and software configuration work on customer’s behalf. Don’t worry if that sounds scary - we will furnish you with all the knowledge and guidance you will need to be effective in this role.

Key responsibilities:

› Providing training needs analysis, course design, training delivery and consultancy support for all
Liquidlogic applications;

› Working closely with the Training Manager to develop bespoke training programmes;

› Assessing and triaging software change requests and faults;

› Investigating and responding to customer training queries;

› Producing system documentation and other learning mediums.

If you have a training related qualification or Database reporting experience using BO, SQL or SSRS then even better, but if not don’t worry as we can provide you training for that too! You must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a car. Hotels and full expenses covered by Liquidlogic.
