Scotland
A number of adaptations and enhancements have been made to the Liquidlogic Adults' platform to support Scottish councils. The flexibility of the Liquidlogic solution means that changes to forms and workflows are simple. A team of specialists has gathered requirements from Scotland to facilitate different ways of working. Examples of functionality within the Liquidlogic platform which is unique to Scotland include:
-
Extension of the Liquidlogic core demographic information: this includes the ability to capture key identifier information such as the Community Health Identifier (CHI). This moves between platforms where a case transitions from Children’s to Adults.
-
Expansion of the ContrOCC financial interface with our partner Oxford Computer Consultants to include the ability to capture Self-Directed Support (SDS) decisions. SDS supports people to exercise greater choice and control over how their assessed needs are met.
-
Adult Support and Protection (ASP) functionality to support the welfare of an adult who is believed or known to be at risk of harm and that protective action may be required, including functionality to support Large Scale Investigations (LSI).
-
Adults with Incapacity (AWI) functionality to support the protection of welfare of adults who are unable to make decisions for themselves because of a mental disorder or an inability to communicate.
