The Liquidlogic Adults' Social Care System is designed to be used by social workers, professionals in partner agencies such as health, providers, the third sector and service users and carers.
Previously known as the Integrated Children's System (ICS), the Liquidlogic Children's System supports all aspects of social work with children and has been specifically developed by and for practitioners to allow case management and record keeping for children in need, looked after children, adoption and child protection cases, as quickly and simply as possible.
The Liquidlogic Early Help Module (EHM) is a complete solution designed to act as a general case management tool for children outside of Social Care.
For many years, Councils have expressed frustration over fragmented IT systems which undermine attempts to work efficiently and effectively in meeting statutory responsibilities to support children, families and vulnerable adults.
Liquidlogic has developed a series of customer portals called ‘Autonomy’ to act as a secure element of a Local Authority’s website. These facilities enable citizens to access information and be signposted to the care they need in order to manage their own care. In this way Local Authority resources can be concentrated on those most in need who require assistance with sourcing and managing their services.
Liquidlogic SingleView highlights key information about the child and any discrepancies about data held about them from a number of systems which are specified by each Council.
