Workflow

Multi-agency working will never be just about sharing data, it is about managing a collaborative approach to assessment, planning and service delivery. PROTOCOL's workflow helps to ensure that this collective process is efficiently brought together.

The workflow within PRO TOCOL enables agencies to make referrals to one another, to request services and input, and more importantly, to monitor responses to these requests.

The system will alert users where there is a lack of response and will escalate cases that have not been actioned. A key objective of the workflow is to ensure that where there is shared responsibility nothing falls between the cracks.

Local procedures and service level agreements are reflected in the workflow, which is highly configurable.
