As software applications evolve and with ongoing staff changes, additional training and refresher courses are often required. Venues are flexible, as are levels of training; ranging from standard user training to train the trainer packages.

PROTOCOL Business Objects Universe
Form Design
PROTOCOL applications make extensive use of forms and assessments. Liquidlogic’s experienced consultants can analyse a customer’s paper form and advise on layout and how best to build into the PROTOCOL application. Liquidlogic’s sophisticated graphical assessment builder is able to incorporate a variety of demographic details along with drop down lists, tick boxes and radio buttons.
Business Objects
Liquidlogic has created a Business Objects Universe to enable customers to report on information captured within the ICS application. A BO Universe will be available for the IAS application by September 2008.
The Liquidlogic BO Universe is not just designed to report on a “vanilla” configuration of the system, it can also report on customer specific configurations. Training is available to cover all aspects of BO Universe.
API Usage
Liquidlogic now provides free open API’s for use with its ICS, eCAF, eSAP and IAS applications to facilitate querying and update by other 3rd party systems. Whilst the APIs are free, customers may require specific training on the usage of the APIs to ensure effective implementation. Liquidlogic can provide full consultancy and training services as required.
Statutory Reporting
Liquidlogic can also provide guidance and advice around the production of statutory returns within the ICS application. Where data has been migrated from legacy social care systems, there can be issues around the data validation that the legacy system imposed at the time the data was captured. Liquidlogic has developed extensive experience in understanding the issues around the statutory returns and the underlying data that they rely on.
