Liquidlogic ‘Best Company’ Accreditation

Liquidlogic has recently been accredited as a ‘Best Company’. The survey and assessment was conducted in late 2016 independently by Best Companies with all Liquidlogic staff and is the first time the company has taken part.

Part of the process includes an employee survey in which staff are asked to answer a number of questions and judges assess the responses whilst benchmarking them against other participating companies. Liquidlogic was judged in eight categories including leadership, my team and my company.  

Speaking about the outcome, Melanie Holmes, Head of Marketing & Communications says: “We routinely conduct an annual survey with all staff but felt that the Best Companies assessment was a robust independent measure of workplace engagement. According to Best Companies there was a high rate of participation across all areas of the business. We were particularly pleased to receive feedback that staff feel valued for providing good customer service and they feel supported by their managers. It was also encouraging to receive confirmation that people enjoy working at Liquidlogic and with their colleagues. 

The culture of Liquidlogic is paramount to the success of the business; in fact the majority of customers cite our staff as a key factor in their ongoing loyalty. We are really pleased to have been independently recognised as a Best Company and are aiming to improve even further for next year’s survey.”
