Hillingdon First with ICS Dashboard

Following the news that Liquidlogic has created a new Integrated Children’s System dashboard, it has been confirmed that the London Borough of Hillingdon is one of the first Councils to order the software.

Speaking on behalf of the Borough Debbie Haith, Head of Safeguarding - Education & Children's Services said: “PROTOCOL ICS already provides a substantial amount of reporting information, but the dashboard will help us to see the wood from the trees in a graphical format that managers can clearly see and use. The fact that it has been designed around the key data that Ofsted examine was important for us and we are looking to roll this out to managers as soon as possible. They will be able to see at a glance how the service is performing against key indicators and drill down to compare that performance at team level. It also presents more information around workload and bottlenecks, and we liked the way it utilises the big map.”
