System C Acquires Liquidlogic

Liquidlogic has been acquired by System C, a provider of specialist IT products and services to the healthcare sector. As a combined company, System C and Liquidlogic will work towards their shared vision of supporting closer integration between public sector agencies including health, social care, education, housing, police and voluntary services.

Liquidlogic will retain its name and continue to operate as a separate company. Its teams will continue to maintain their close working relationships with customers, partners and suppliers.
