ContactPoint Update

Events a Success

Liquidlogic recently completed a series of communication workshops with their children’s services customers on how their products would integrate with ContactPoint. The events held in Manchester (attended by ContactPoint early adopters), Leeds and London were extremely well attended.

The workshops enabled customers to raise questions about the planned new Liquidlogic and ContactPoint functionality as well as best practice around ContactPoint. A variety of questions were raised as a result of the events, some of which were relevant to the DCSF who attended the London event.

Liquidlogic is developing their data feed and full query integration with Hartlepool BC as the Lead Organisation. A follow up workshop is planned nearer the launch date for ContactPoint.

Interim Test Environment

In addition to the workshops, Liquidlogic is also pleased to be the first supplier of case management systems to have access to the Interim Test Environment and to be working with it to help iron out issues before it is released to the wider supplier community.
