Mobile Working

All PROTOCOL applications are browser based and can be accessed over a wireless network. One of the significant features of a browser solution is that it does not require any additional software to be installed on a client device. This ensures that PROTOCOL applications are securely accessible from any device that can connect to the web/application server, either across the Internet or via an Intranet.
Offline Access
PROTOCOL Briefcase is an intrinsic part of Liquidlogic's software solutions and provides true offline working capability. Case Files can be ‘downloaded’ onto Briefcase for reference whilst working offline and new contacts and assessments can also be recorded offline. Once users re-connect to the live system, full re-synchronisation takes place to update the main system.
PROTOCOL Briefcase is easily installed on to the local device without the requirement for complex set up routines or the need to build and define specific assessments to work with the solution.

Briefcase is included free of charge and is not reliant on third party software or other mobile working solutions or mobile application servers.
