Integration with Children
Children's and adults' social care have completely different business requirements. Liquidlogic was the first supplier to recognise the different needs and design purpose built systems for both adults' and children's services.
Liquidlogic recognise however that there are a few areas where adults' and children's services overlap. If there is adults' services mental health involvement with a person at the same address as a vulnerable child, or adults' staff have been made aware of hazards and risks with a client that may have contact with children's services or vice versa.
The Liquidlogic integration hub is supplied as part of the standard system for users of Liquidlogic's two systems. The hub relays customer configured information from one system to another to share information that both services consider appropriate for a client. This would likely include hazards and warnings from each system to the other and details of involvements so that practitioners can see all the details of who is working with a client.
