Electronic Single Assessment Process (eSAP)

Liquidlogic is the leading provider of solutions for the electronic Single Assessment Process (eSAP) for; the solution incorporates extensive multi-agency care planning capabilities.

There are currently over 14,000 users Liquidlogic's eSAP application across an increasingly broad section of agencies, including; Primary Care Trusts, Acute Trusts, Social Services, Mental Health Trusts, GP Practices, Rehabilitation Centres and Voluntary Agencies.

Developed in Liquidlogic's PROTOCOL environment, these eSAP installations are complemented by real time interfaces between PROTOCOL and existing databases in Health and Social Care.

Connecting for Health

Liquidlogic's eSAP system was the first to go live in the NHS Connecting for Health programme (formerly NPfIT) and is linked to the national ‘spine’. The application is being offered by Local Service Provider (LSP), CSC, as a long term eSAP solution in the North East and Eastern Clusters.

Liquidlogic’s eSAP solution supports the following DoH accredited assessment tools: EASYcare, FACE, MDS, CAT and NOAT.
