Digital pen and paper solutions provide a synchronised method of working, allowing users to carry out their work at a client site without the need for IT equipment. Completed forms can be uploaded to the PROTOCOL system, via a docking system, where the form and its information is stored within the service users’ record. This can be particularly useful for any workers who may be unable or feel uncomfortable carrying expensive computers whilst visiting clients.
