David Grigsby

Head of Business Development

David studied Social Administration and then European Studies before working in local government, in which he held a number of senior positions.

In 1996 he moved into providing consultancy to local and central government and has worked with over 70 local authorities in this capacity, - particularly around the effective utilisation of IT. He set up Comino Consulting in 1998 and directed the practice to specialise in helping clients align business processes with workflow technology.

He joined Liquidlogic in 2002 and has been very active in the company’s involvement with government initiatives such as the ODPM FAME project, the DfES ISA Trailblazer initiative and the DoH Connecting for Health programme (NPfIT).
