Children with Disabilities

Newcastle Children’s Trust has adopted Liquidlogic’s Children with Disabilities system. The ‘Link-IT’ system for the Newcastle Children’s Trust enables 18 agencies to work in collaboration to facilitate improved care for children with multiple disabilities.

Liquidlogic’s PROTOCOL Children with Disabilities solution facilitates joint working between teams of involved professionals across the Health and Social Care spectrum.

The system enables a more consistent and co-ordinated approach to managing assessment and care planning for children with disabilities. This also has a huge positive impact in supporting the parent or primary carer involved with the child.
