Liquidlogic include CCIS in Children's Services Product Suite

Leeds, 19 November 2007 – As the current 47 Connexions partnerships transition into Local Authority control, Liquidlogic has announced its own CCIS (Client Caseload Information System).

Connexions is a well established and proven agency tasked with easing the transition from school to further education, training and work for young people aged 13 – 19. The characteristics of Connexions workers; often mobile, working with specialist teams and requiring to share information with and from other agencies, means Liquidlogic is ideally placed to deliver a solution for them.

Connexions advisers require a CCIS to record and track the young clients they deal with so that their needs and the services they require can be managed. In addition, it is vital that the outcomes for this client group can be recorded and reported on at both a local and national level so that the effectiveness of services can be measured and the requirement for future services planned.

Children’s Trusts were formed to provide a holistic method of dealing with children; however the same strict data sharing rules between practitioners of different disciplines still apply. Liquidlogic’s established multi-agency credentials around the managing of data sharing and co-ordinated process management ensure that only appropriate data can be shared with other practitioners within the trust. The work undertaken as part of the NHS Connecting for Health programme (CfH), which required Liquidlogic to work with sensitive level 3 (RESTRICTED) UK government classification data, means Liquidlogic can enable stringent security around access and data sharing across a high volume of distributed users.

As with all Liquidlogic solutions, mobile working is supported as standard.
