By 2020 there will be twice as many people over 85 and those over 65 with a long-term condition will double each decade and changes in how services are commissioned and delivered are needed. The Government's White Paper, "Our health, our care, our say" aims to address these changes and to enable individuals to get more years of good health and well-being.
