Integrated Adults' System (IAS)

PROTOCOL IAS allows practitioners to record and manage the care needs and support requirements of older and vulnerable adults. It is designed to be used by social workers, occupational therapists and additional support staff of all IT abilities.
The system enables the recording of contacts, referrals, assessment and plans, all within a logical and easy to navigate work flow, which reflects a Local Authorities working practices.
PROTOCOL is highly configurable allowing Local Authorities to tailor forms and assessments to suit their own local specifications and requirements. This can include complex RAS calculations to produce indicative personal budgets.
The seamless integration that PROTOCOL shares with the embedded finance module, Controcc, allows workers to select services for the individual while finance will see the impact of each service on the Local Authority's budgets.
Designed like a website so users immediately feel at ease, PROTOCOL IAS intuitively guides users through a case and the system reacts to information it is given, ensuring that any relevant further information is gathered and validated.
By reusing information throughout the system, PROTOCOL IAS ensures data is keyed in only once and enables information to be copied forward between assessments and plans.
Currently 18 Local authorities in England have purchased IAS, each with their own set of forms, assessments and calculations all of which have been configured by Liquidlogic to meet their individual processes.
