PROTOCOL Integrated Adults' System (IAS) allows social care practitioners to record and manage the care needs and support requirements of older and vulnerable adults.

In some cases there is overlap between adults' and children's cases, e.g. if an adult with mental health issues resides at the same address as a vulnerable child. PROTOCOL features an integration hub as standard, to allow practitioners secure access to relevant information in both systems.
